Mild Steel
Mild steel (low carbon steel) is the most commonly used metal in fabrication. It offers good strength, excellent weldability, and easy machinability at a low cost. It is magnetic, can be painted or powder-coated, and is suitable for structural, industrial, and decorative applications.
Best for: Brackets, enclosures, frames, structural parts, machine components, signage, and general-purpose fabrication.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent strength and a polished, attractive finish. It contains chromium which forms a protective oxide layer, making it ideal for environments where rust resistance is essential. Available in various grades (304, 316, etc.).
Best for: Food equipment, medical devices, architectural features, outdoor signage, kitchen components, chemical-resistant parts, and decorative applications.
Aluminum
Aluminum is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant metal with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. It has a natural silver appearance and can be anodized for enhanced durability and color. Its low density makes it ideal where weight savings are critical.
Best for: Lightweight enclosures, heat sinks, electronics housings, aerospace components, automotive parts, and architectural panels.
Plastics
Available for CO2 laser cutting and hot slit bending
Acrylic
Acrylic (PMMA / Plexiglass) is a transparent thermoplastic known for its glass-like clarity, excellent light transmission, and UV resistance. CO2 laser cutting produces flame-polished edges on acrylic, requiring no secondary finishing. Available in clear, colored, frosted, and mirrored varieties.
Best for: Signage, display stands, light guides, protective shields, decorative panels, aquarium panels, and point-of-sale displays.
ABS
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a tough, impact-resistant thermoplastic widely used in consumer products and industrial applications. It has good dimensional stability, can be easily painted or glued, and offers a good balance of strength and cost.
Best for: Enclosures, housings, prototypes, automotive trim, consumer product components, and industrial covers.
PP (Polypropylene)
Polypropylene is a lightweight, chemical-resistant thermoplastic with excellent fatigue resistance and a low friction surface. It is highly resistant to acids, bases, and solvents, making it ideal for chemical and food-related applications.
Best for: Chemical tanks, food-safe components, laboratory equipment, packaging inserts, and living hinges.
Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate is an extremely strong, impact-resistant transparent thermoplastic — virtually unbreakable. It offers good optical clarity, heat resistance, and is widely used where toughness and transparency are both required.
Best for: Safety guards, machine covers, protective shields, vandal-resistant glazing, electronic covers, and optical components.
Composites & Engineered Materials
Available for CNC routing
PVC / WPC / Foam Board
PVC foam board (Sintra), WPC (Wood Plastic Composite), and expanded foam sheets are lightweight, rigid, and moisture-resistant materials. They are easy to cut, print on, and fabricate — making them ideal for signage, displays, and interior applications.
Best for: Indoor/outdoor signage, display boards, exhibition panels, interior wall cladding, and partition elements.
ACP
ACP (Aluminium Composite Panels) is a light weight, economical, sandwich panel with a plastic in between two alumnium sheets. Top surface has asthetic color/textured finish.
Best for: Furniture, Signage, Interioir/Exterioir Panelling
Corian (Solid Surface)
Corian is a solid surface material made from acrylic polymer and natural minerals. It is non-porous, hygienic, seamlessly joinable, and available in hundreds of colors and patterns. It can be thermoformed and CNC routed into complex shapes.
Best for: Kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, reception desks, signage, medical surfaces, and custom furniture.
Carbon Fiber
Carbon fiber composite sheets offer an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, high stiffness, and a distinctive woven appearance. They are used in high-performance applications where weight reduction and structural rigidity are critical.
Best for: Drone frames, racing components, robotics, aerospace parts, custom automotive panels, and sporting equipment.
Glass Epoxy (FR4 / G10)
Glass epoxy laminates (FR4, G10) are fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin sheets with excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. They are the standard substrate for PCBs and are also used for structural insulation components.
Best for: Electrical insulation parts, PCB substrates, switchgear components, structural insulators, and jig/fixture making.
Bakelite
Bakelite is a phenolic resin-based thermoset plastic known for its excellent electrical insulation, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It is one of the oldest synthetic plastics and remains widely used in electrical and industrial applications.
Best for: Electrical insulation panels, switchboard components, handles, knobs, and industrial spacers.
Wood
Available for CNC routing
Plywood
Plywood is an engineered wood product made from thin layers (plies) of wood veneer glued together. It offers good strength, dimensional stability, and a natural wood appearance. Available in various grades including marine plywood for moisture resistance.
Best for: Furniture components, shelving, decorative panels, packaging, architectural models, and interior fixtures.
Engineering Wood
Engineering wood or Particle boards are recycled material with laminated mica finish on outside, these are low cost prelaminated sheet to feel like laminated plywood.
Best for: Furniture, cabinetry, decorative panels, wall cladding, exhibition stands, and interior design elements.
MDF
MDF (Medium Density Foam) is a wood base material. It is wasy to cut, engrave, machine, sand down to any shape
Best for: Interior elements that need complex shape. Later on which can be painted or coated to any finish needed
HDHMR
HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) is a wood base material which is also moisture resistant. It is wasy to cut, engrave, machine, sand down to any shape
Best for: Interior elements that need complex shape. Later on which can be painted or coated to any finish needed
Stone
Available for CNC routing
Granite
Granite is a hard, durable natural stone with a distinctive speckled appearance. It is highly scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, and offers a luxurious finish. CNC routing allows for precise cutouts and profiling in granite slabs.
Best for: Kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, flooring inlays, monuments, and architectural features.
Marble
Marble is a metamorphic natural stone prized for its elegant veined appearance and smooth, polished surface. While softer than granite, it offers unmatched aesthetic appeal for premium interior and architectural applications.
Best for: Decorative wall panels, flooring medallions, tabletops, bathroom surfaces, and architectural accents.
Sandstone
Sandstone is a sedimentary natural stone with a warm, earthy texture and natural color variations. It is softer than granite and easier to machine, making it suitable for decorative and architectural applications where a natural, rustic look is desired.
Best for: Wall cladding, garden features, decorative facades, landscape elements, and artistic sculptures.
